Kladana Empowers SMEs to Launch Online Sales Without a Website and Digital Storefront

Kladana Empowers SMEs to Launch Online Sales Without a Website and Digital Storefront

Mumbai, 13 September, 2024: Kladana, the cloud-based software solution known for its inventory, sales, and manufacturing management, has launched a new browser-based app named Online Order App that allows businesses to sell online without having to create their website, offering the ability to share digital product catalogs directly with customers and easily manage sales orders.

Having launched in India in 2022, Kladana is known for helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) track inventory, manage sales and purchases, calculate costs and profits, manage manufacturing orders, and analyze finances. With this recent launch, Kladana wants to simplify the online selling experience of SMEs particularly wholesalers and D2C brands.

Benefits that entrepreneurs can expect are:

  • Streamlined for Wholesale, Manufacturing, and D2C Businesses: Ideal for companies with a large product range in stock and those who distribute finished goods directly to their customers
  • No Need for a Dedicated Online Store: Businesses can start selling immediately without the cost and time investment of developing and maintaining an online store. Simply create a link, and start selling
  • Affordable: You only need to purchase Kladana plan to start using the Online Order App — no extra charges required
  • Additional Sales Channel: Share your online catalogue across various platforms using a link — through social media, Google Maps, your website, messengers, and emails
  • Real-time Stock Sync: Product stock levels will automatically sync in real-time from the Kladana account, ensuring the accuracy of the product’s availability
  • Dynamic Product Listings: Update the list of products available for ordering through the app settings with ease
  • Personalized Links: Create public links accessible to all customers, or generate individual links for specific counterparties with personalized discounts
  • Sales Agent Management: Create personalized links for your sales representatives to connect with customers and increase orders. This feature allows entrepreneurs to track the performance of their agents effectively.

How does the Online Order App work in real time?

The Online Order App is a browser-based application that allows you to sell online without needing a website. You can create a personalized web link featuring your product catalog, which can be shared on social media, advertisements, Google Maps, or directly with customers. When customers click the link, they are directed to a digital catalog with product descriptions, pricing, and photos. They can place orders and add items to their cart, with orders automatically created and managed in Kladana’s Sales Orders section. The app also synchronizes product lists and prices in real-time, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

“SMEs often lack the resources to manage multiple software solutions for different business functions and require cost-effective tools to drive sales. To address this need, we have introduced our browser-based ‘Online Order App,’ designed to enable SMEs to sell online efficiently without the need for a dedicated digital infrastructure. This app allows businesses to create and share customized digital catalogs, manage orders seamlessly, and offer tailored product selections or discounts directly to customers through a simple web link. By integrating this feature into our all-in-one platform, we’re not just enhancing the sales experience for our 50,000 plus users across the world including markets of India, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia but also driving productivity and growth,” said Ms. Aleksandra Brovchuk, Director of Kladana in India.

Kladana is a global leader in cloud-based ERP software solutions, designed specifically for small to mid-sized manufacturing and wholesale companies. Founded in 2007 with headquarters in Moscow, Russia, Kladana serves over 3 million registered users across Russia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and India. Kladana’s ERP supports the emerging Indian market, aiding D2C brands and manufacturers with advanced features like multi-level BOMs, automatic unit cost calculations, and production scheduling. Kladana integrates seamlessly with popular CRM, e-commerce, and accounting platforms, offering a scalable, pay-as-you-go model.
