Borzo (erstwhile WeFast), a global intracity same-day delivery service has announced a key leadership change with Alina Kisina as its new Chief Executive Officer. 

The last-mile delivery company Borzo has elevated Alina Kisina as the CEO from her previous role of Global VP Sales at Borzo with effect from May 2024. 

During her tenure as Global VP Sales at Borzo, Alina Kisina significantly contributed to the development of the organization’s last-mile delivery service. Reporting to Mike Alexandrovski, Founder and CoB, Borzo Alina  Kisina brings with her an impressive 2 decades track record of working in the Logistics and e-commerce industry with a proven history of achieving favourable growth in various markets.


Alina Kisina boasts a distinguished professional background, having held prominent leadership roles at major organizations such as DHL, Gett Delivery, and Lamoda Group. Her expertise in building strong and efficient sales teams has been instrumental in achieving revenue targets and driving significant organizational growth.

Reflecting on her appointment, Alina Kisina stated, “Borzo is entering a transformative phase, concentrating on aggressive growth in India’s SMB and Enterprise delivery segments. The immediate priority is to sustain Borzo’s success while seeking new strategies to enhance market position through increased revenue, a robust delivery network, large clients, and new delivery modes. Additionally, there will be a strong emphasis on sustainability and product innovation. With that being said, I am honored to lead Borzo and am excited about the opportunity to further accelerate the company’s growth and expansion.”

Alina Kisina’s strategic foresight and effective leadership will be instrumental in guiding Borzo through this pivotal moment of transformation and steering the company towards becoming a market leader in the intra-city delivery segment. Under her leadership, Borzo will continue to innovate and expand its global reach, further enhancing its services and cementing its leadership in the industry.

As the CEO of Borzo, Alina Kisina will be responsible for managing the business across India, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey and Indonesia.

“Given Alina’s extensive background and significant contributions to Borzo, she will remain with the organization to ensure continuity and leverage her considerable talent and experience.  She will help drive the company’s culture of operational excellence and innovation and will also be prioritising expansion in key geographical areas – to capitalise on the burgeoning logistics needs in those regions and capture market share.” said to Mike Alexandrovski, Founder and CoB, Borzo.

Borzo is a global delivery service that enables intra-city delivery for businesses. Deliveries range from on-demand and hyperlocal and can be performed via any route, any transport, at any weight or size, for a competitive price. Their algorithms optimize numerous parallel deliveries taking into account the geographical routes, packages’ contents, couriers, and many others to ensure the feasibility of the same-day delivery. The services are available in various countries in Asia, Latin America and are used by over 500 thousand active couriers and over 2 million customers ranging from individuals to enterprises with the main focus on hyperlocal and SMEs.
